The Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons range from two minutes to a full hour. Most are recorded live as Cynthia Allen teaches her students, so the timing is student-based. Cynthia is an experienced teacher with over 15 years as a Feldenkrais practitioner and 30+ in teaching and leadership.
