Hi James from Hawaii. I will be glad for us to be part of your journey back to teaching Feldenkrais!
November 20, 2019 at 11:26 pm #4323cynthia allenKeymasterThanks for the good intro Jean. I am going to ask Arlene Klein to give us a little tutorial on how to upload the picture. It probably has to do with the resolution. This size of picture is likely to e about 150 pixels x 150 pixels. Very small.
November 20, 2019 at 11:27 pm #4324cynthia allenKeymasterHi curious otter! That is great super power and we are glad to have you however works for you.
November 20, 2019 at 11:29 pm #4325cynthia allenKeymasterHi Rita. Larry is from Parsons, KS. Maybe that is close to Winfield? I am very excited for you to learn in a more structured, connected way. Sticking with Youtube for 5 years is a person with a drive to improve!
November 20, 2019 at 11:30 pm #4326cynthia allenKeymasterGreat to have you Jane as a life long learner and a mover.
November 21, 2019 at 10:44 pm #4350Mary Lou MotlParticipantHello Everyone—
I am brand new to YLB, but I have heard Cynthia and Larry speak powerfully at The Cincinnati Woman’s Club and am eager to learn more. I have been practicing DNS (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization) for about four years.November 22, 2019 at 7:51 am #4402mary bach-loreauxParticipantHi, I’m mary b-l and I have trauma issues too that resulted in many body problems and am feeling like if I don’t get really tough right now it will never happen, because I was so excited and overdid. Studied Bones for Life with Cynthia for a while and had private sessions with Phyllis Eveleigh. It is first online course. Either couldn’t get my photo uploaded or did it over and over. If it isn’t there I am not sure why.
Don’t relate to otter superpower either but watched Fionna Hill all day and see people wanting to be like her. she is powerful and brave but so defended. She’s brave but am afraid of going over to that kind of stoicism. Afraid of that happening to me. But that’s now. Am different.
Read some of your intros last night. and am glad to start getting to know you.
November 22, 2019 at 7:07 pm #4403cynthia allenKeymasterHi Mary Lou – Glad to have you here from the Cincinnati Women’s Club!

November 23, 2019 at 6:38 pm #4415Ulrika BjörklundParticipantHi all,
I live in south of sweden but originally I’m from Finland.
Im so happy to be here and to be a part of this online community and that I found it in time before it was closed!
Feldenkrais is not totally new to me, Im studying Tomas Hannas work and soon hopefully finished as a clinical somatic educator.. the journey with somatis education started 3 years ago when I had a lot of physical pain and the yogic path seem to make it all worse when I did a weekend of somatic exploration and got hooked after that.. I really looking forward to learn more about feldenkrais, sounder sleep and bones for life.
My super otter power is that Im curious and I want to learn more and more…..:-)November 24, 2019 at 1:20 pm #4418cynthia allenKeymasterHi Urlrika from Finland then Sweden. We can always use more curious otters! And so glad you are studying Hanna’s work. Very powerful.
November 24, 2019 at 1:25 pm #4419Tina FlotemerschParticipantHi – My name is TINA. I live in N.KY and I am very grateful for Cynthia and this program. I had many private sessions with Cynthia to get relief for an issue in my left shoulder and she helped me to make great progress. After my schedule at worked changed, I wasn’t able to meet with her in person. I love having this resource and I aspire to take advantage of it more.
November 24, 2019 at 8:18 pm #4420mary bach-loreauxParticipantto rainbow. coming to see you, cause i love sw va. NOT really coming, will not invade. Love song of the mountains. love knowing other trauma survivors. i am learning that i have to eat to have a body. Put you all on so I would eat.
November 26, 2019 at 2:13 am #4442Stella VolmerParticipantI live in Northern Kentucky. I am married with 5 children and 9 grandchildren. I have been working with Cynthia for about 3 years. I struggle with my weight and depression. I have had both knees replaced. I want to make Feldenkris practices a part of my daily routine. I need to work on balance and avoiding injury. I think this is the answer but only if I commit to doing it on a regular basis
November 26, 2019 at 2:55 pm #4467cynthia allenKeymasterHey Tina girl! I miss seeing you. But so glad you are here!
