Something new this year: We’ll poll the audience each day to discover your
#1 challenge — then teach a movement process designed specifically for it.
It IS possible to experience the freedom of standing tall, the confidence of discovering true internal strength, and the joy of reengaging with life on your own terms…
When you know how to tap into your body’s vibrant capacity for intelligent movement.
Whether you want to walk with confidence instead of fear,
Get up and down from the floor with ease,
Feel energized instead of weighed down,
Engage in your favorite activities again,
Or want to reconnect to your body’s natural intelligence…
The simple exercises learned in these 3 sessions are for you.

Bones for Life is designed for ANYONE ready to improve posture, balance, and bone and joint health.
It’s also a novel approach for Bodyworkers, Physical and Occupational Therapists, and practitioners of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais.
The series has been one of the loveliest experiences. Every time I concluded a process, I was astonished at how much my movement had improved. I recognize a new ease and vitality — an energy I did not realize I possessed.
