To get the most from our bodies in action, we need an accurate body image. This includes sensing the bones and joints – not just muscles and how they relate to each other.

This Fundamentals course is an excellent primer to the work and for many will give them enough material to explore for years to come. It is 10 hours of materials and the sessions are 75 minutes long. But of course, you can stop and start anytime making it easy for your to explore what you have time for or feels right for you today.
