Strengthening and flexibility isolate areas of the body and do not address how the body moves as a whole. Revealing and upgrading how each individual’s brain uses the pelvis, and sensing its relationship to the legs, feet, ribs and even arms is required.

We need an accurate body image to get the most from our bodies in action. This is not the way you “feel” about your body. It is gaining a sense of the parts of your body and how they move together. It includes becoming aware of the bones and joints – not just muscles – and how they relate to each other.
