Yes. Sessions can be viewed from any of those devices
Because this is a live event, we need time to process the video and put it in your course platform. It will be available within 24 hours and we will notify you when the first session is ready. The BONUS movement lessons will not be available until the event is over. This is because the first five sessions are important to do first so you can be ready to get the most of our the BONUS lessons safely.
The audio of the Awareness Through Movement lessons and the eBook are downloadable.
