This series is primarily based in Bones for Life but takes many fun side journeys, this class is physically and mentally challenging – two things we all need to stay young. We address bone health as well as movement health. Best for those with a mobility challenge.
Instructor: Brian Shircliff, Certified Bones for Life Teacher and Authorized Awareness Through Movement teacher.
April 10 will be a student teacher and there is no charge for that day.
Bring a mat or blanket and a towel. Please be prepared to remove your shoes unless you need to keep them on for medical reasons. If you cannot get up and down from the floor with support and need a raised surface, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan together to meet your needs.
Class minimums and maximums have been established. Please register early to insure your place in the class.
