This series is primarily based in Bones for Life but takes many fun side journeys, this class is physically and mentally challenging – two things we all need to stay young. We address bone health as well as movement health. Best for those with a mobility challenge.
Instructor: Cynthia Allen, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Senior Trainer in Movement Intelligence. Cynthia was also a principal researcher in the referenced study. You will be exploring a proven method with a skilled teacher and trainer in the Bones for Life approach.
Bring a mat or blanket and a towel. Please be prepared to remove your shoes unless you need to keep them on for medical reasons. If you cannot get up and down from the floor with support and need a raised surface, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan together to meet your needs.
