Are you harried? Tired during the day? Or have trouble calming down at night? Maybe you awake and then can’t go back to sleep. Put stress on a shelf and send insomnia to sleep using the Sounder Sleep System(r) and Larry’s expert coaching. Bring your pillow, a comfy mat and get ready to learn. You will discover surprising details about the sleep cycle and explore ways to use your body to calm your mind. You will learn tiny, almost imperceptible movements that can be used during the day to relieve stress and anxiety, and at night to lull one into a relaxed, sleep-ready state.
Instructor: Larry Wells is a life coach, Sounder Sleep system teacher, and master practitioner/certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Bring a mat or blanket and a towel. Please be prepared to remove your shoes unless you need to keep them on for medical reasons. If you cannot get up and down from the floor with support and need a raised surface, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan together to meet your needs.
