Shoulder & Arm Rotations | Feldenkrais video

This is the second video in a series for improving shoulder, arm and upper back comfort and function using the Feldenkrais Method.

These short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons are very handy to reduce stress and provide a taste of what the Feldenkrais Method can do. Yet, they are a fraction of what is possible when you engage in a class or private session as we cannot really coach awareness or very many variations in such a short time.

If you find this short lesson helpful, let me know by commenting below.

Enjoy!

  1. Thank you very much for posting this lovely clear film of one of my favourite sequences for creating more shoulder, chest and neck mobility – great that you include using the imagination in your sequence too. It is a real boon for other practitioners like myself to have these great sequences online to share with our clients. Now I have found your channel I will go and check out some of the other films.

Thanks Maggy! I have a few videos but really just getting started. It really helps me to be able to give a quick link to my clients. Wish I had started doing it a long time ago.
