Shoulder & Arm Rotations | Feldenkrais video

This is the second video in a series for improving shoulder, arm and upper back comfort and function using the Feldenkrais Method.

These short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons are very handy to reduce stress and provide a taste of what the Feldenkrais Method can do. Yet, they are a fraction of what is possible when you engage in a class or private session as we cannot really coach awareness or very many variations in such a short time.

Thank you very much for posting this lovely clear film of one of my favourite sequences for creating more shoulder, chest and neck mobility – great that you include using the imagination in your sequence too. It is a real boon for other practitioners like myself to have these great sequences online to share with our clients. Now I have found your channel I will go and check out some of the other films.
