This Functional Somatic Mobilization(tm) exercise is designed to get your knee and leg back under you in record time. Stand for a moment to feel what your knee is like to begin with and then compare that sensation after you have done the exercise.

This exercise comes out of our Integral Human Gait(tm) theory and is included in the Gait for Wild Human Potential workshops that Carol Montgomery, MSPT and I have co-created. The workshops are filled with the somatic movement explorations Feldenkrais Method, Bones for Life and Functional Somatic Mobilization.
