    It’s true. Wiggling, and otherwise waking up your toes it really great for foot (and everything attached to the foot = everything including you brain) health.
    I’m not a Feldenkrais Instructor, I just love to promote Feldenkrais. It works. Sure fixed my knee, where everyone else failed.

    I am glad you enjoyed the videos and felt inspired to share your own. What a great testimonial for Feldenkrais but even better is how it improved your life.

    I am a big fan of Correct Toes product. I used Yoga Toes for awhile but find Correct Toes much more functional. As are quality toe socks. So that is my two cents on products.
