A Progress Pod is a small group of YLB members that meets via Zoom once a week. Members may do a lesson together from the Your Learning Body library. They may share experiences they have with the lesson or other related topics. They may form friendships and learn from one another. The options are endless!
Progress Pods allow you a personal touch point within the Your Learning Body membership. It can be fun and rewarding to get to sit down with a few likeminded people on a regular basis. Wonderful relationships have bloomed in these pods.
Each Progress Pod Will:
- Have a leader – this is a peer, another member
- Have a max of 8 participants, so everyone has the opportunity to participate in discussion
- Offer encouragement and accountability
- Focus on doing a lesson together from the YLB online library
- Meet one time per week - members choose a pod that will generally work with their schedules, but it is ok to miss meetings when you need to
**We ask that you do not join a Progress Pod until you complete the introductory course Finding and Returning to Center: Physically and Emotionally.

Once you create an account, the available pods will show up in YOUR time zone. There is no need to convert the time.
Want to create your own pod, at the time that works for YOU? Consider becoming a pod leader.
A progress pod leader will create a Progress Pod account and set up a proposed date and time to meet each week. You do not have to have anything other than a free zoom account to lead or participate. We will give the leader a zoom link for their meetings and walk them through setting up their pod. Once you create your pod, you will wait for other members to register for your pod. From there, you will hold your first meeting and discuss what the group wants to do with each other each week. The leader does not have to be present at every meeting. Another member can begin and end the meeting when needed.
